10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the fb774 platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Procedure

(PDRCI) or another mutually agreed arbitration body. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language.

10.3 Waiver of Class Actions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

10.4 Jurisdiction and Venue

If arbitration is not enforceable or is waived by mutual agreement, any judicial proceedings to resolve disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over Metro Manila. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection on the grounds of inconvenient forum.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplementary terms or policies posted on the fb774 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and fb774 regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
